Our Promise/ Agreement

In order to get the most out of working with each other I feel it important to set some ground rules.

I've outlined my key roles and responsibilities as your coach for the duration of time we work together, and I have clearly stated what I expect from you as my coaching client.

Please read the roles and responsibilities carefully before signing and if there is anything you disagree with or feel uncertain about please let me know immediately.

I want to ensure that your receive life changing results but I really want to highlight the key action steps that need to be taken to ensure that this is the last coaching program that you ever need to undertake.

I Must

  • I must work closely with you to create a flexible lifestyle that ensures you reach your goals while achieving optimal health and wellbeing.

  • I must hold you to a higher standard than you hold yourself and keep you accountable to achieving results you never thought would be possible.

  • I must coach you using the latest strategies, research, and evidence-based methods.

  • I must provide training advice tailored to your goals and current fitness level, always focused on progress.

  • I must listen to you and offer highly attentive personal support and accountability. You’ll have direct access to me via WhatsApp, with responses within 24 hours.

  • I must stay up to date with the latest research and scientific data to ensure your coaching is grounded in evidence-based practices.

  • I must deliver regular training to provide education, knowledge, and support on topics such as nutrition, behavior around food, goal setting, and overall health.

  • I must provide you with honest check-in feedback, ensuring we are continually progressing and moving forward.

You must

  • You must take action quickly. Implement what you learn, ask for help when needed, and stay proactive in your journey.

  • You must follow the prescribed guidelines. Adhere to the nutrition principles provided to achieve your desired results.

  • You must submit weekly food logs in the weekly reviews every Saturday. Be honest and provide full disclosure of everything consumed (food and drink) to maximize coaching and nutrition guidance.

  • You must submit your Weekly Review every Saturday. On the form you must upload your photos, your current weight and upload your food dairy. The Weekly Review form will be emailed to you every Saturday morning and must be complete by Sunday evening.

  • You must not send me long voice notes on WhatsApp. Anything longer than 3 minutes won't be listened to. Use our Zoom calls to discuss topics at length.

  • You must ask for help immediately. I’m here to guide and support you, so if any issues arise, reach out on WhatsApp immediately so we can address them.
